A tagcard. TOP: front message, BOTTOM: back message.
Hand drawn. Intended it to be simple and loud. Not much graphics, as focus was on color usage&meaning. Chose magenta and analogous green colors, so it is pretty loud, but aint yelling out, as if i were to use red and green, these 2 contrasting colors.
Magenta is chosen as a color of attention and attraction as it is color of red mix pink

[red being the easiest color to recognise]

[pink being the fourth in attention value.-lect notes]
Green is chosen as it is a contrasting color of red, but as i dont want a striking attention, i subdued it with different shades and tint. Also, the green for letters “t,e,n” symbolises color of peace. {lect notes}
Front: You Attract ME. [picture of the flight of the moth..which link to the back]– AttractMe is closely space, to indicate the attraction to me. Use calligraphy brush, to bring out the flow, the flight of the moth…Bolded letter ‘A’ in a darker green, to bring out the word ‘attract’ as the letter ‘A’ is repeated, hence double the effect of luring one’s attention to it.
Back: Like Fire to a Moth–Chose to highlight letters I & O so as to draw attention to both the words, and no particular reason, except, to make it in order and visual balance, i highlighted the second letter for both words. Both words are also shaped in accordance to its meaning, say for word, ‘fire’ it is in a wave form simulating the flame of fire, whereas the word, ‘moth’ is in perspective [shrink from left to right] as the moth flew pass it, sweeping the tip of the word.
Background: White for front. Black for back.– White is chosen to give a fresh and subtle impression, so as to not fight for attention with the words, and also clearer as compared to words on black, which might ’shrink’ in size.
PR: Saw it as you attract MEn! hahaha. Another indicates that the contrast in color aint sharp. One suggests that i highlight the letters I & M instead, to form IM. hm interesting. thks! Phrasing is wrong…should be like moth to fire…..hmm, checking. last, shrink it.
me: could be better design, dabbling with other designs ive initially…
After PR:

Much changes to second page [bottom page]
More sweet and gentle theme, uses analogous pink, and grey [ off black] to bring out the subtle message in it. Didnot use black as it might appear too strong and fades the message.
Also, I and M are painted in different color as it forms the word, ‘ i am’ -peer review. lastly, the black background is foregone, as it is way to strong and glaring to eyes, plus the pretty messy patterns [ when on close look, looks sickly colorful] hence, it is also removed and replaced by roses [ white and pink-symbolises purity and sweet love ] instead.

A third version. Included the cupid logo design. and make it simple and colorful instead.
i feel that this version is nicest, as it convey the message, directly, with the vibrance of colors used. =)
